The Role and Team:
The Logitech for Business, Associate Channel Marketing Specialist, Growth Partners is responsible for growing Logitech for Business solution revenue through channel partners in the Value Added Reseller (VAR), SI (System Integrator), partners at the Premier, Elite, registered, and incubation level of our Partner Program, and Original Equipment Manufacturers, such as Dell, Lenovo and Apple while learning to mature our marketing processes and operations.
As a key member of the North America Logitech for Business Marketing Team, the Associate Channel Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building a marketing strategy that serves the capabilities, constraints, and business objectives of these channel segments, then assisting in the execution of the programs and tactics that support that strategy. Programs could include to-channel tactics such as enablement, training, incentives, and funded headcount, as well as through-channel tactics such as advertising, email, and events. The Associate Channel Marketer Specialist will articulate the business need and develop a proposed plan of activities while continually measuring and evaluating return on investment and other key performance indicators and pursuing innovation and continual improvement.

Assist in the design and execution of our channel marketing strategy specific to the growth channel partner segment.
Shadow channel marketing peers to gain experience and understanding of the different NAM channel partner segments that fall out of your scope of support (ie National Service Providers, Office Super Stores and Distribution partners).
Regularly meet with cross-functional Logitech for Business team members to gain a thorough understanding of how their roles and responsibilities contribute to the success of your channel partners and the business as a whole.
Regularly engage and support the priority channel partners - as defined by the Channel Sales Leaders - and the Logitech channel account managers assigned to those partners.
With the support of your manager, execute programs (e.g. webinars, Partner Huddles, pricing programs, training) that allow regular engagement with this channel segment at scale.
Serve as the primary marketing liaison for Logitech for Business marketing activities with the Channel Account Managers that serve these partners.
Contribute to the evaluation of marketing programs offered by central Logitech marketing functions and the channel partners to support Logitech objectives with assigned channel partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing programs, campaigns, and promotions that align with channel partner needs and business objectives, including set-up, pre and post-analysis (lift & return on investment), and reporting results both internally and externally.
Make recommendations on the investments in the Marketing Development Funds (MDF) across the growth channel segment in a way that serves the channel partners while helping Logitech achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and partner performance to identify opportunities for growth and optimize channel marketing initiatives.
Advocate for your channel segment’s needs in the central marketing organizations’ development of marketing collateral, sales tools, and resources to empower channel partners to effectively promote and sell Logitech’s solutions.
Develop metrics and measures to track Logitech’s share of the relevant growth channel revenue, progress towards capturing additional share, and program results. Provide these metrics and results to channel account managers and leadership on a regular cadence (quarterly, at a minimum).
Act as a subject matter expert within the broader organization regarding the needs, requirements of the growth channel segment, and how they provide benefit to Logitech.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous growth.
In addition, this role will have regional responsibility for the following programs.
Design, deploy and track performance across North America of one-to-many B2B channel marketing programs as needed by your manager. This may include working with Distribution to target specific growth partners.
Assist with the strategy and execution of effective communication to Logitech for Business channel partners across North America, including effective deployment of communications built by the central channel marketing team.
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
Basic understanding of L4Bchannel marketing concepts and eagerness to learn about targeting IT decision-makers with technology services. Any internship or coursework experience related to marketing is a plus.
Exposure to digital marketing strategies through academic projects or internships, with an enthusiasm to design and evaluate marketing programs.
Willingness to learn negotiation skills to work with channel partners on terms like pricing and promotions.
Basic ability to interpret data and financial information, with a keen interest in identifying trends and new opportunities.
Ability to proactively anticipate and understand problems and opportunities and present comprehensive and timely solutions.
Dexterity to manage multiple projects and prioritize the work with the biggest impact on the business.
Confidence to communicate in a clear and concise manner using the mode (verbal, writing, or video) that is appropriate for the topic and audience. Strong presentation skills, including the ability to create professional, compelling presentations, is required.
Unrelenting curiosity to learn, grow, and adapt.
Ability to champion ideas and projects across the organization, building influence to drive team members towards the common objective of growing sales revenue in their channel and region.
Basic familiarity in Customer Relationship Management tools (e.g. Salesforce), Partner Relationship Management tools (e.g. Impartner), and related marketing tools (such as, but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace) is preferred.
Be willing to report into a local Logitech office a minimum of 2 business days per week.
In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:
Understanding of L4B technology landscape: A grasp of industry trends, technology solutions, and buyer personas in the B2B technology sector, facilitating the development of targeted and impactful channel marketing strategies.
Strong copywriting and design skills will improve agility and speed of execution in this role.

This position offers an annual salary of typically between $ 59K and $ 83K, plus is eligible for overtime pay, dependent on location and experience. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
